TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the members of the Canadian Association on Gerontology (“CAG”) will be held online (via Zoom) at the hour of 12:00 (Eastern) on the 11th day of December, 2023, for the following purposes:
A. To hear reports presented by the Board of Directors.
B. To present the financial statements of CAG.
C. To elect directors to the CAG Board of Directors.
D. To appoint Auditors for CAG.
E. To transact such further or other business as may be necessary or desirable, in connection with the organization of CAG or otherwise.
